As in the case of every online purchase experience, the Refund Policy is governed by terms and conditions. When you enroll in any of our courses, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.

At Mappen, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and services. We understand that, in certain situations, you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued.

Our refund policy is as follows:

1.⁠ ⁠Refund Eligibility:

a. Refunds are eligible for a 70% reimbursement of the total purchase amount.
b. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase otherwise no refund will be applicable.
c. If placements are not successfully completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, a 70% refund will be issued.

2.⁠ ⁠Refund Procedure:

a. To request a refund, please send an email to contact@mappen.in with the subject line "Refund Request."
b. In the email, provide your order number, the reason for the refund, any relevant supporting documentation, and details about the unsuccessful placements if applicable.
c. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Approval:

a. Refunds will be approved based on the validity of the request and adherence to the specified timeframe.
b. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Amount:

a. The refunded amount will be 70% of the total purchase price.
b. The remaining 30% of the purchase price is non-refundable.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund Payment Method:

a. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
b. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be used at the discretion of Mappen.

6.⁠ ⁠Exceptions:

a. Refunds will not be issued for products or services that have been used, consumed, or altered in any way.
b.This refund policy does not apply to digital goods or services that have been delivered and accessed.
c. Candidates cannot apply for refund if their attendance is below 85% or if their assessment is not cleared

Important Points:

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the student will be processed in 15 working days post intimation by the customer.

Refunds/ Cancellation: Raising Request

Refund or cancellation request can only be raised by writing an email to the ‘contact@mappen.in’

Mappen reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Mappen.

*For any payments through the card (debit, credit card), transaction charges amounting to 2-3% can be deducted.

*GST amount will be deducted from any transaction, for which the bill has been generated.

Ownership of Course Materials

Mappen solely owns all the intellectual property or have obtained the necessary rights relating to the materials used for the open enrolment courses. Title to and the right to determine the disposition of any copyrightable materials first produced under the terms of the agreement solely by the staff shall remain with Mappen and will be governed by the Gut Technology Pvt. Ltd. intellectual property policies. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Mappen content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Mappen content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Mappen content requires the prior written permission of the Grut Technology Pvt. Ltd. licensing office, Faridabad.
