Refund requests must be raised within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the original payment.
Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for consideration under any circumstances.
Only payments made directly through our official platforms (such as mappen.in or job.mappen.in) will be considered for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Services or courses that have already been accessed, utilized, or partially completed.
Registration, admission, or administrative fees, which cover processing and operational costs.
Customized or personalized services (e.g., university onboarding, skill mapping, or consultancy) once initiated.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, the user must submit a formal request by writing to us at contact@mappen.in along with:

Full name and registered email/phone number
Payment receipt or transaction ID
Reason for requesting the refund

Once a request is received, our support team will verify eligibility.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on banking/payment gateway timelines.

4. Important Conditions

Refund decisions made by Mappen’s management will be considered final and binding.
Any disputes related to refunds will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Faridabad, Haryana, India.
